Price quote for group gaming

I run an online gaming clan that will be holding an event in May that will bring us to the Washington DC area for four days. We want to do at least one day of gaming at X3O from opening to close, probably on Saturday. I don't know for sure how many people we'll have. We had 10 at our first one a few months ago in NJ.
If someone that can give me price quote could contact me, I'd appretiate it.
